Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech. Mech. Engg.

Salary - up to 75,000 CTC per month

Location - Ludhiana

Experience - 10 years, Knowledge of Forging Machine shop, CNC VMC, Grinding, Gear, Hobbing Machines

Job Profile -

To maintain monthly Preventive& Predictive Report events.
Preparation of PM Plan and Daily Checks to eliminate breakdowns.
Performing action plans for the machine's maintenance to avoid repetition.
Attending Breakdowns and analyzing the causes and plan for the same to avoid it in the future.
Performing predictive maintenance of machines.
Responsible for Full machine Running Condition.
Planning for the spares in order to have sufficient spares (INDENT) for breakdowns and Preventive Maintenance.
Planning and purchasing the spares required for maintenance of machines.
Working Techniques: 5S, KAIZEN, Root cause analysis, Action planning, why-why analysis, History card.
Making check sheets or updating existing ones for better preventive maintenance.
